DR. RAYMOND SAN AGUSTIN, DC
Chiropractor / Clinical Director
Born and raised Calgarian, Dr. San Agustin started his journey in health by getting his Bachelor's of Nursing at Mount Royal University. As a nursing student he was heavily involved in yoga, completing his 200 hour RYT and eventually finding CrossFit and strength and conditioning. Having been a personal trainer in large cities, to the Yukon Territories, he has worked with patients and clients from all walks of life.
Through his work in healthcare and fitness, he was struck with a passion for health, lifestyle, and movement and decided to pursue it further. Dr. San Agustin went to chiropractic school, achieving his Doctor of Chiropractic through Palmer Chiropractic College West. In the belly of North California, the birthplace of CrossFit, he was able to work with and treat CrossFit Games athletes, American Open weightlifters, international level powerlifters, and more.
Returning home with a newfound love for geeking out on biomechanics, nutrition, pain science, and manual therapy, Dr. San Agustin is ready to empower his patients to optimize their well being.
CHRIS LUU, RMT
Chris was born and raised in Calgary and has been a lifelong weekend warrior and student of movement. Chris studied accounting and worked in the financial sector prior to becoming a full-time Strength Coach and Massage Therapist, and having the opportunity to become a partner of TREC FIT LAB, a local gym in NW Calgary.
Having dabbled in sports growing up, Chris finally found a passion for movement modalities in yoga, running, and lifting weights. It wasn’t until he was introduced to CrossFit that he found his love for Olympic Weightlifting where he then represented Team Alberta at the Canadian Senior Weightlifting Nationals in 2015.
As a lover of movement, you can still find Chris doing yoga, spin, running half marathons, competing in Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit competitions, and now learning how to properly swim to broaden his fitness scope.
Chris’ passion as Strength Coach and Massage Therapist has provided him opportunities to work with everyone from office workers to world class athletes in the gym, clinic, and through speaking engagements. This has allowed Chris to educate them on the importance of movement and help bridge the gap between rehab and exercise.
