A 45 minute class guaranteed to leave you glistening! With early morning starts (and evening classes in the fall) this is a great program to jumpstart your fitness goals in an encouraging and inviting atmosphere.
With a focus on fat loss, this class will give a great introduction to those who are new to physical activity, as well as a compliment to the training of a more seasoned athlete. This class is included in the offerings of the 4 Class Pass, so give it a try today!

- We don't think it's fair to offer different pricing based on term of commitment so our memberships are pre-paid monthly which allow for flexibility.
Prepaid Monthly Memberships may be terminated without penalty with fifteen (15) days advance written notice of bill date.

Cancellation notice given within the fifteen days of bill date will incur a 50% of membership price Cancellation Fee.

I didn’t discover my passion for fitness until I was in my thirties. I spent most of my twenties living “my best life” and put my health and mental wellness on the back burner. One day I decided to make my physical fitness a priority and I put all of my focus into trying to look like an instagram model....clearly that didn’t work out! I was being unrealistic in my goals and it was in 2014 that I had my aha moment and discovered that what i really wanted was to feel good in my own skin, and I found that in Strength Training. I have been a competitive Powerlifter since 2015 and have not only gained strength, but a new sense of self confidence in myself. My personal goal is to be able to give other people that boost of self esteem and confidence that I was able to find for myself, which ultimately led me to change my outlook on life.
If you are looking to start your journey with health, wellness, and fitness, I am here to help! My Bootcamp Program is great for beginners and puts focus on fat loss, and learning new skills. I am also available for individual or small group personal training sessions.
